Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday–Friday are dispatched same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking notification as soon as it's on its way.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Not at this stage — we ship exclusively within Australia. We cover all states and territories including remote areas (additional transit time may apply for remote locations).

Are prices GST-inclusive?

Yes. All prices displayed on CartridgeHQ include GST. No surprises at checkout.

What if my cartridge is wrong or damaged?

Email us at support@cartridgehq.com.au with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll sort it out immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually make changes. Contact us ASAP at support@cartridgehq.com.au. Once dispatched, changes aren't possible but we can help with a return.

Do you offer volume or business pricing?

Absolutely. For orders of 10+ of any single product, or for regular business accounts, contact us to discuss volume pricing. We work with SMBs, schools, medical practices, and large enterprises across Australia.
